imi scot versiunea pt server, pentru ca am inteles ca are implementat KVM si as vrea sa ma joc putin cu el

kvm e in kernel. incarci vreo doua module kvm, kvm-intel(kvm-amd dupa preferinta) pui qemu si gata

Oricum ... a fost mai repede instalearea din RC + update. Astazi nu mi-a cerut sa updatez pachete. Se misca bine ... dar nu pot compara cu 7.10 pentru ca am schimbat si masina odata cu sistemul (ziceam ceva aici, pana la urma a fost mai convenabil sa il reinstalez pe curat si sa imi fac alt setup la partitii decat sa refac X-ul care a fost singura chestie care a crapat + update de la 7.10 la 8.04).

intram azi pe distrowatch.com si am tras cu ochiul la gentoo,
ultima versiune stable se pare ca e chiar de azi 2008/05/20, eu nu il mai folosesc de cand a fost problemele prin fundatie,
mai foloseste cineva gentoo ?
defapt nici nu prea ma intereseaza distributia cat timp imi merge ruby pe ea si nu am probleme cu rails,
am fost intr-o vreme cam fanatic cu gentoo, trista perioada, dar a fost bine ,
oricum sa ramanem la intrebare,
