There must be “RoR” sign in the list of active minor-modes in status bar. Thi means, that emacs-rails is enabled and ready to help you in your not so easy work.

Almoust all actions are in the “RubyOnRails” menu. You can check it out and try some of them. Don’t forget, that menu will help you only first time. After that you better use hot keys for effective work, you can find them in the brackets.

dupa care ii dau M-x RoR-mode si nimic adica no match found...

i don't get it  dontgetit
.emacs :

Code:
andrei:~$ cat .emacs
(setq load-path (append load-path( list  "~<username>/.emacs.d")))
(setq load-path (append load-path( list "~<andrei>/.emacs.d/emacs-rails" )))
(require 'rails)

Code:
andrei:~/.emacs.d$ ls
auto-save-list  emacs-rails  find-recursive.el  snippet.el

daca cineva stie care e problema, l-as ruga sa imi zica step by step, pt ca is incepator in emacs.

defapt vreau sa vad structura directoarelor asa cum apare pe disc.

no X dap,
3 - embedded terminal in the bottom pane.
ceva gen gedit dar in consola, si parca emacs poate asta :

desi in link e un xemacs.
